Lucky Tortoise diy

 Today we are going to make a lucky tortoise. Lets take a coconut shell and clean it throughly with the help  of sand paper.  Then wash off the dust. 

Now take air dry clay  and make a small roll and stick it on one side of the shell and shape it like a tortoise face  and then take six equal parts of clay and stick each piece of clay as face, legs and tail shaping it with fingers. 

Now roll the clay into small spirals. Then stick the spirals on the coconut shell. Cover the entire coconut shell with clay spirals. Once the spirals dries up apply black acrylic paint and let it dry. Once it's dry dab golden paint on top of black spirals. Now our lucky tortoise is ready to decorate our house or we can gift it to someone.
